Well The only way a team can give Kilgore fits is if our offense has another bad night like the Athens game and Kilgore couldn't score and they would have a turnover and the Kilgore offense put the Defense in terrible spots the entire first half and not to mention the defense was short handed coming into the game to begin with and Athens stayed right within striking distance coming into the second half. I would start by looking closely at the videos of this season’s previous games, especially those in which the opponents had some success. Of course, my team might not have the weapons to successfully attack the areas revealed in such videos as weaknesses…but that’s a start. If I was an offensive coordinator, I would make sure I looked at the Carthage, Gilmer, and Lindale games. Lumberton's QB sailed about every pass he threw for the 1st quarter and a half resulting in 2 INT's with 1 being a pick-6.
