if he moved back just this year isn't he ineligible to play? I mean I know PG pushes the envelope  A LOT when it comes to rules and pretty much does whatever they want, but still....

If he actually moved into the district then don't think there is a issue there is a week or 2 they have to wait but I think that's it as long as move is not contested

interesting, my nephew had a similar situation at another program and had to sit out a year, per UIL. moved within the district and it was uncontested.

Like I said wanna wager on that?

You are correct, he did return.

He came back in with 3:30 left in first

And went back out with 2:40 left in the first

His total minutes on the field that night, were approx 3

this dude has been whining about this all week. It's funny how none of this was mentioned last year and all of the sudden the week of the rematch, 'oh we had major players out last year that is why we lost.' LOL - ok Sparky whatever.  Even if those players would have played the outcome would have been the same. They are delusional.

I've never said "we"

Never said "that's why.."

Never said the outcome would have been different.

I've actually acknowledged the outcome would have been the same however the impact high performing players have on a game, at any level is, at the very least, worth mentioning.

AND this is NOT the first time it has been said, it's just the first time you have seen it...

But because they are again playing, and the question was asked what's different. This, this is what's different. And with the addition of those players, the game would have been more competitive.

Carthage has the best "D" line in the state. PG's front has not faced the size and strength these guys have, all year. It will be a long night however, only one of PG's lineman plays both ways and that is the tight end. This too, is different from last year.

So you don’t think #75 will take any snaps on defense tomorrow if Carthage has success running the ball early?

Always a possibility.

They've rotated players in and out so much this year, who knows...

Well, that actually depends on if D P is using a 3-man front or a 4-man front.  Did lose one off the 4-man.

I believe that was DE KD Bell, who was CHS’s only two-way starter.

Senior starting LBs last year were Deiontae Marry in the middle and Viencint Cabada on the outside.

Senior starters in the secondary were CB Kendrick Harper and safeties Jekerrian Roquemore and Zsema’d Williams.

He will take snaps but he won’t make a difference as far as tackles. He plugs holes a little

yep, I think he will get it done tomorrow, I mean he should good grief. God knows he has sold his soul and crossed every line imaginable to get to where he is. As stacked as this year's team is if he can't win tomorrow he should be on the hot seat.  Knowing how badly he has disrespected and screwed over the Carthage program this year as far as refusing to honor their 2 year agreement with jr high and sub varsity games, I lost what little respect I had for the man. Total dick move but 100% on brand.

I want Carthage to get it done but it will be a tall order. Carthage is SO young, not as stacked and experienced as the Texarkana All Stars.

I personally lost respect for this coach several years ago.  I was hoping the rumor of him going back to the Dallas area was truth.  Unfortunately it wasn't.
