Well... they both are so familiar with each other that they know what they ate for breakfast this morning. Games like this it gonna come down to who makes less mistakes and also who can throw a wrinkle into their traditional playbook. They potentially have over 30 games on film of each other from the past 2 to 3 years. Not saying change the scheme, but a reverse or double pass or something out of the ordinary to change momentum, and get a cheap score is what it will come to. Your basic plays will be basic and typical on both sides but what is the change up or homerun ball that will be shown. That's what will win the game. I say it will possibly go to OT or Kilgore by 3.

And this makes me nervous for CH. Rio doesn’t do change. Never.

We’ve lost the last two semis to prove it.

I've seen a lot of football in my day and when you get teams who are predictable it is easier to play against. The scariest teams are they ones who you know are talented but also as people say "have some s*** up their sleeve". It's the what if factor that will keep the coordinators thinking at all time. Stubbornness won't win you this game. It's chess not checkers.

Toss up in the 4th round. CH seems to be playing better. Kilgore has struggled with them in the playoffs for some reason.

Kilgore should win by 10+ but CH will not back down. Wouldn't be surprised to see it as a one score game either way.

Win you get to the semifinals, the defenses and coaching are outstanding. I’m sure they love to plan for teams that typically run 3 plays. Yes 3.

We have to get RB#2 in the game plan somehow. He is outstanding and no drop off from Stewart. Runs really hard and hits the holes quicker than Stewart. Then had speed to burn.

I’m really hoping for change this week or Kilgores defense will send us packing.

Love to see both backs in the backfield with a traditional lead blocker. #2 loves contact and hits the hole hard (that's what she said😜). Stretch plays and end arounds aren't going to work well against Kilgore's speed. 4 yards and a cloud of dust is not a terrible game plan.

They are reaching now for anything they can grab but not from what recently happened just crazy.

The “They” in your statement is referring to a poster that isn’t a CH fan.

Lindale beat Kilgore at SFA...I honestly could care less where they play and believe the only reason we didn't play at the Rose is because it was already booked

That’s correct.  I also believe that it wasn’t in the 4th round.

I’d sat they dominated a very good IC team.

Ch will prob knock Kilgore out of SC dreams again 😂. How’s the QB situation? Not that we would get a honest answer.

I would also call what CH did to IC a dominate performance.  Defense didn’t give up a score in the second half.

The only thing that has changed since the last time we played is that Chapel Hill has beaten 1 good team while Kilgore has beaten 2.

After watching that WR reverse pass attempt or whatever that was that put them in a 3rd and 51.... I can see why.

it was the 4th round...Lindale played LBJ the next week and beat them to go to State Championship....2 years ago Chapel Hill played Kilgore in the 3rd round at the Rose and beat them in double OT 41 -35....Chapel Hill Hill played LCM the next week and beat them to play LBJ in the semis

Basically, if you stop Brisbon and Stewart from getting loose on the outside. You have stop Chapel Hills offense.  Kilgore offensively has multiple weapons that can go off any given night, so it's had to key on any one player like Chapel Hill.

Ill eat my crow if necessary..... But I think you will see this Friday, we have more than 2 weapons.  You just didn't get to see them the last time Kilgore and CH played.

I've looked at CH playoff games and those two are still 90% of the offense. And, unless CH does something wild and change is completely up on offense I don't see that changing.

???...let me guess ya'll were holding them for this game instead....been hiding them this whole time and now, boom lets surprise Kilgore with these guys...lol....Kilgore knows what Chapel Hill has to offer on both sides of the ball...athletes everywhere no argument there....the problem is your execution against the opponent...so, you have had success the last 3 weeks on defense but, that was against LCM, EC, and IC.....my question is what adjustments will Chapel Hill make (especially on the line of scrimmage) to give themselves the opportunity to have these "hidden" gems change this game...????...if Kilgore controls the line of scrimmage Chapel Hill is going to have a long night!!....again, I'm not saying by any means Chapel can't win the game...they are very talented and more than capable...

Most of you said we were done after IC. We shut their high powered offense down to a season low. I believe something has sparked over the last few weeks. Especially defensively.

ive heard the kids have 60+ plays on their wristbands. Let’s try the other 57 play calls and stop the elementary play calling. Turn the darn page!

You make many valid points.  Kilgore is by far the best team they have seen or even will see.  I think whoever wins this Friday will be at the big game.
