SEC Championship Game Georgia vs Alabama

Head-to-head worked in Alabama's favor because it knocked out Georgia but kept them in.....even though Texas beat them on their own turf by double digits.  That's a total farse.....unjust and out of whack.  I can understand FSU's dilemma.....but allowing Alabama to be selected over Georgia while ignoring their loss at home to Texas is definitely questionable. Georgia knew their neck was in the noose if they lost that game.

The Alabama/Georgia SEC Championship game carried too much weight IMHO.  IF Georgia wins, then they rightfully get IN.  But an Alabama win by such a close margin IMO does not automatically justify their inclusion or Georgia's oust.

Sucks to be Florida state today.  Adversity and kept winning.

Texas had their own weeks of adversity with Ewers out and other injuries.....esp. Brooks.  But nevertheless, they persevered with quality wins except for that nightmare loss to Oklahoma.....which was kind of flukish to be honest.

The conversation with Sark in front of the national TV audience concerning Texas, his tenure as coach, and the outlook for Texas football in the near future was a good one.  I think he was very open and informative for the viewing audience and gave some insight into the Texas Longhorn program he is steering right now.  He gave a really good interview representing Texas for all the viewers.  He was very diplomatic, yet confident.....and also mixed in a little bit of humble pie.
