In Central Texas with Dawson and Hico leaving going to Division 1.  That opens the door for Chilton and Bremond moving back into Region 3 .  They would likely be in same district as Mart.

In Central Texas:

There are a ton of 2A DIv 1 teams.  SO I don't have a clue what will happen.

Bosqueville, Bruceville-Eddy, Moody. Marlin, Crawford, Rosebud-Lott, Riesel, and Valley Mills. Axtell

Plus teams close enough to be put into Waco area districts :  Italy, Itasca, Hamilton Hico and Rio Vista.

Shiner is dropping to 2AD2 but our non district is staying pretty much the same except we dropped East Bernard from non district schedule

Hallettsville (3AD1)

Industrial (3AD2)

Poth (3AD2)

Rice Consolidated (3AD2)

Would have liked to see Refugio on there.

I could see that, Chilton was between D10 and D12 for a number of years before going back to R4

Unless I'm crazy, Van Horn is about 120 miles or so from El Paso.  It is in FAR West Texas.  Those Rio Grande Valley schools are all 500-700 miles away, so that can't be right.  They should be in District 5.
