regaleagle Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Glimer's coaching staff is slightly lacking......just sayin'. They should have a safety at all times. 1

Looks like this game will be more. They’ve not played anyone like Gilmer and Wimberley is in the same boat as all the other teams Bellville has played thus far.

Not sure what you are saying here other than they haven't played a team like Gilmer...IDK, haven't followed them myself. Just looked at their scores and did some math the other day...so i answered a question. What boat are you talking about, I'm confused.

You’re right, BB hasn’t played anyone like Gilmer and that includes Wimberley. 1

HearEmaGrowlin Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Gilmer’s too fast for these cows, right?
Acewell Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Gilmer defense needs to defend inside then out and the 2 outside rovers need to read just a little more before committing. Do that and don't turn it over on offense and you are state champions. 1
dfwfootballfan Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Bellville reminds me a little bit of Liberty Hill, just not as effective in hiding the rock. Good game so far, both appear deserving to be here. Regarding the "limited" and "all they have" comments about Bellville's O...Not to be a jerk but if I had 4 or 5 plays that my kids executed really well and I could keep a defense off balance enough to score 20 points a half I wouldn't scoff at it. I would probably question why my defense can't stop it if it's so simple. 1
blesseddaily Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Turnovers killed the Brahmas, especially the int in the end zone. 14 point swing. Should be an entertaining second half.
chevyman Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 This feels like the game that myself and probably others expected this morning. 1
regaleagle Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Gilmer just needs to leave their fastest defensive back in a safety position to run down anybody that breaks one.
cowboyandchrist Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Like I said earlier Gilmer needs to leave a safety back. 1
EdgarAllenPwn Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 I’m loving this game, a little Bias toward Gilmer but I do like seeing a team that’s never won it going after it. Plus slot T is cool to watch at times. I wouldn’t want to see it every week though.

It’s that if they get down by 2 scores they will not catch back up without help from a mistake by Gilmer.

Stankylegg Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 I would have my 2 DTs cutting down the 3 interior OL every play making a huge pile. 3

The big plays have hurt both sides really...the INT was critical, otherwise it's a 1 point game. I'm just happy to see a competitive game. 2
cowboyandchrist Posted December 15, 2023 Posted December 15, 2023 Gilmer needs to keep throwing the deep ball. Belleville has no one that can run with Gilmer receivers. 1
