For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border. Youngcoach123 Posted January 25, 2024 Posted January 25, 2024 Important to remember that the military is currently 11% Texans.

Their oath was to defend THE CONSTITUTION.....It was not an oath to the USA.....it was not an oath to the GOVERNMENT either......if they decide the current government has become a domestic enemy to the Constitution, they are free to take the proper steps to remedy that situation....... 2 1

I see you have zero understanding of the Constitution......it defines treason, and defending the Constitution against a domestic enemy doesn't fall into that very specific definition......... 1

What we all should be worried about is the possibility of Civil War. If these states pledge their National Guards to help fight this fight, it could get ugly at any moment.

We are seeing history unfold right before our eyes......the tree of liberty must from time to time be fertilized from time to time with the blood of tyrants and Patriots.......
