Quote

The failure of the Biden Administration to fulfill the duties imposed by Article IV, § 4 has triggered Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which reserves to this State the right of self-defense. For these reasons, I have already declared an invasion under Article I, § 10, Clause 3 to invoke Texas’s constitutional authority to defend and protect itself. That authority is the supreme law of the land and supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary. The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority, as well as state law, to secure the Texas border.

Important to remember that the military is currently 11% Texans.

My son and son-in-law, as did ALL currently serving, swore an oath to the Constitution and USA, not TEXAS.

Their oath was to defend THE CONSTITUTION.....It was not an oath to the USA.....it was not an oath to the GOVERNMENT either......if they decide the current government has become a domestic enemy to the Constitution, they are free to take the proper steps to remedy that situation.......

That would be called TREASON, as it was back in the 1860s, no matter how it is spun.

I see you have zero understanding of the Constitution......it defines treason, and defending the Constitution against a domestic enemy doesn't fall into that very specific definition.........

Isn't Pierre Dilecto from Utah?  That fits.

So, 6 Republican governors said they were in support of Abbott? WHEEEEEEEE.

What we all should be worried about is the possibility of Civil War.  If these states pledge their National Guards to help fight this fight, it could get ugly at any moment.

We are seeing history unfold right before our eyes......the tree of liberty must from time to time be fertilized from time to time with the blood of tyrants and Patriots.......
