In the Coach's defense, I dont think sharing a tweet without a quote is "talking out his neck". He is just doing what all coaches should do and promote and share. They know those kids arent running 22mph. They are just trying to generate something positive for those kids who had a bad season. Is it the right way to generate some positivity? I think I would have gone at it at a different angle, and it looks like the rest of you do too .

Capehart.  He is a Soph WR.  They claim the laser time was a 10.08.    Whatever it was, he was obviously much faster than everyone else in that video by a large margin.
