Grapeland in one quarter in the scrimmage beat Chilton 20-0 and they are supposed to be really good again. I wouldn't be surprised if Grapeland gets the W at home. If this was in Bremond I'd say the home team would win however.

I hope I'm wrong on Bremond/Grapeland.  GO SANDIES!

I’m not sure about chilton I think they lost a bunch from last year but still impressive what y’all did to them. I’m thinking the Bremond game is going to be a great one. I know the score doesn’t look close from y’all last year but if I’m remembering right it was close till late in the game.

I would be shocked to see this game close let alone Grapeland win. The last two times they have played it was absolute blowouts, 50-22 and 61-28.....It doesn't appear Grapeland has any answers for their offense.

I heard they hired a new DC this year. Maybe he can turn it around though!

Our district had a pretty good night

Dang good night! Yall scrapped with Timpson. I’ll have to go back and read about it. I figured it would be close and you almost ended their streak. Have to be feeling a little good although I’m sure there is disappointment as well.

I’d really love to see a replay of what they called a safety. Looked like a fumble that we recovered so we might have really won

Grapeland's offseason might finally be paying off. They have one of the strongest squads in Division 2 and one of the strongest kids in Division 2. #74 he has a 500 pound bench. They went to the 7-on-7 state competition with only seven players, competed very well.  Hopefully, they are headed in the right direction.

JV will suit up with the varsity this week. 7th grade goes to Elkhart Tuesday night.

Agree with you: I think Grapeland vs Frankston is definitely the game of the week in the district. Could go either way but with the “upset” win over Bremond I’m leaning towards the Sanides in this one.

I agree with your predictions except Cushing will beat the Grove!  Is. Look at who the Grove has beaten!

I hope you are right! Y’all split with them the last two years, losing last year (21-20) but winning the year before (16-7). Y’all’s turn! 👏
