All 5 starters will return I believe and their best shooter is a freshman!! The senior that would have made them extremely good was injured early or before the season started and hasn't played all year. Really feel sorry for her, she is an incredible athlete at multiple sports. Only two seniors on the team. One injured and the other comes off the bench. Starting five are four Jr’s and a freshman. IMO- this year’s Winnsboro team may be a bit better than last year. Sure it hurts not having a 6’1 post player, but they just seem to play better as a team this year. I follow the Brock girls but follow girls basketball period. Only head scratcher I have is Jim Ned and how they beat Wall like they did. Schedule isn't that impressive really. I believe it will be between them and Brock for Reg. 1. I believe Winny wins 2 and FF 3.
