It works in some fields of employment, but not all.  For instance the first profession that comes to mind is firefighters.  Many F.D.'s only work three days straight and then four days off.  Airline Pilots only work 3-4 days a week.  It would never happen with 95% + of most jobs especially farmers which are on duty 24-7 - 7 days a week.

Worker productivity has risen?  Where?  I see more workers on tiktok on company time than I do working.

This is exactly another opportunity for the socialists to collect more tax dollars.  That's what an increase in overtime gets them.  Most of my employees don't care to work overtime because of the taxes that come out of their check.
