I've read numerous article, but none with an everyday citizen that lives there only the immigrants themselves, city official, or police officer. It's similar to the Aurora, CO articles none have a quote from the people that live in said apartments or even the owner of the apartment building. It's only law enforcement or a spokesperson from the city. Why not a resident of the apartment if they are being extorted for rent or do the journalists fear to go onto the property ?
