Man I tried to give DK their flowers, but they got some Johnny come lately fans that are insufferable. Old posters are cool. You trolling on all the topics but don’t like it when some people get excited about DK beating DF. Get outta here!

Defensively we just gotta improve. The record looks bad, but they'll bounce back. Also talking about the same guys on DL. They have the size/strength to be a force. That showed on those goal line stands. They figure it out over the next few weeks and DF will be tough down the stretch and in the playoffs. Whoa there big fella. I wasn’t surprised at the outcome. I said multiple times DK always gives DF a run for their money. Some DK folks got their panties in a wad because I mentioned if certain things go their way the HS guy should get coach of the year. He inherited a poop show. The DK guy did not inherit a poop show from Buddy. You get outta here!

You can install enough in half a season to put any of your opponents in a bind defensively. That’s not what I saw watching the game online. I saw scared to run the ball, so just taking shots, and threw quick screens. One of the kids could have installed that.
OGBearFan
In my personal opinion, the only thing thing about the Tiger offense that caused concern for anyone associated with the DeKalb Bears was the threat of the deep ball. I think it’s safe to say everyone in orange and black was worried about the speed of the DF receivers and the ability of the QB to hurl it deep. The problem for DF is, those plays aren’t successful a lot more than they are, as was the case on Friday night. To be successful and win ballgames, DF has to find a way to run the ball more effectively, and get more out of the short/intermediate passing game. It was a great game and we are thrilled with a 2 point win, but at the same time, we feel it shouldn’t have been nearly that close if not for the 3 first half red zone turnovers. Good luck to the Tigers the rest of the way! Edited October 7 by OGBearFan Spelling
TINDERBOX
From what I could tell it looks like Dfield needs to work on some offensive line and defensive line techniques such as taking on a double team, keeping the opponent oline from getting to their linebackers and letting them make tackles. Not sure what defensive scheme Dfield has because it seemed they weren't getting off ball and not holding their gaps. Oline is big except the center but looked slow and unsure especially on the running game. No reason why they let this game get away.
