This is the type of game that never happened to Nick Saban. That’s what made his run so crazy.

It did a few times…

Georgia fell to 5 for losing to #4 Bama. Bama just lost to an unranked team. They’ll fall further than 5.

I figure they'll use Alabama's win over Georgia to justify their new ranking {even tho I don't agree with it} \m/

Maybe to keep them in the top 10, but that was a very bad loss.

No even worse, he lost to UL Monroe

Losing to ULM with Mike Shula’s players and losing to Vandy with Nick Saban’s players isn’t the same. BAMA’s defense looked horrible in this game, but I credit the Vandy offense with a lot of that. The QB played a near perfect game, they stayed on schedule and were only forced to punt once. I think we actually got them to 4th down once, and they made a really gutsy play call and threw a 41 yard touchdown on it. To me, that was the play of the game.

But this is another game that Val can argue will now help Texas’s SOS 😁

You need the Arkansas over Tennessee upset and those planets will have aligned perfectly.

Are you going to rank one loss Georgia over one loss Alabama since they just beat them?

That’s a tough one. I’ve always believed head to head matters first and foremost when two teams are tied in record. However, I just don’t see how Bama can remain a Top 5 team, which they would have to be, after that loss.
