Gilmer definitely deserves to be favored in this one. The Buckeyes have an excellent program and always seem to have our number. Van will be out ponied, but do tend to play up to the competition and get the most out of what they have.  The Vandals are the type of team that is capable of an upset but will need to play the perfect game and prove it. Should be a good hard hitting game either way.

I think Gilmer wins this by a comfortable margin, but Van will always play hard and have a good plan.

Give me Gilmer; however, if Van can control the line of scrimmage and win the time of possession, this one could come down to 1 or 2 possession that make the difference in the game.

You are probably right, but there is a chance. Pine Tree has a good defensive, and although they lost; they were able to score more points on pine tree than anyone else has this season; double what Gilmer was able to. I picked Gilmer, but there is a world where Van gets the upset.

Van needs to be competitive at the LOS to have any chance……can’t let Gilmer win 3/4 of the battles.

they have a great offense over there in van the moffatt brothers are trouble and #8 (WR) Might have the best hands I have seen in a long time dude absolutely torched our defense but this battle is gonna be screen heavy and run heavy for both side of the ball maybe a early shot out of gilmer or van to set the tone.

I know Van has always played hard, but I don't see this Vandal team beating Gilmer. Like previous mentions, Gilmer DL will live in the Van backfield. I see it Gilmer by 17+
