not too worried about this one, we should win. I just wanna see some indication we’re starting to figure it out. 28 point win would convince me.

They do have a good qb though. Y’all better be aware of him as well. He’s just a sophomore too but he’s good.

Did I say that no there are several on varsity now I know of i said in the eighth grade group there is not none that I know of they did get some move ins this year that I really don't know about though and yes I'm aware that it's common practice now especially since uil has changed there rules around it and can actually do it for athletic reasons now on top of can do it k-8 now instead of what used to be only k-3 no questions asked

Got it, "none that you know of". I can assure you, that there are some in every grade at every school. Kids are held back for a variety of reasons (usually for academic struggles and not related to athletics) and especially in the early grades (K and 1st).

Traditionally this maybe the case, but nowadays it's very rare to find an institution that that retains kids anymore. With the passing of HB4545, public school districts have to implement like an accelerated instruction [sorta like a focused tutorial] so it eliminates the need for retention

It is exceedingly common in grades K and 1, and does not have to be initiated by the school.

Surprised this thread has reached Page 3……..Will the Gilmer attorneys being broadcasting this one on the Gilmer channel ??

So apparently the loophole to not be on nfhs is to have students do the broadcast basically just run the camera then it's considered academic
