4A D1 Bidistrict: Chapel Hill vs. Huffman Hargrave

Should be a good game. Huffman has an explosive offense and defense that is good at forcing turnovers.

Chapel Hill is very explosive in the backfield when their studs are there. Without them, they are still very good but not the same. Their availability will have a big impact in the game.

Seems like it should be a good 1st Round game ... on paper.

I don't know anything about HH, though. But if Chapel Hill isn't healthy, then who knows, this one feels like a toss up. I'll probably be tuned into this one, though. If there's a viable stream available for this game, please post!

Match up wise it seems like a toss up. Chapel Hill struggles on Offense without their stars - Huffman gives up a lot of points. Huffman is very explosive offensively - Chapel Hill has been solid on defense. To me it all comes down to what chapel hill does offensively. If they can establish the ability to throw the football  and relieve some pressure off the backs they win this game. If not it could be a tight one.

Chapel Hill defense is really good this year. I think they COULD slow Huffman down. If they have a hard time stopping Huffman though...I wouldn't be surprised if this ends in an upset. That is assuming QB1 and RB1 aren't playing.

If the QB/RB duo is back, then CH wins easily.

Most intriguing match up for me. Huffman seems to be rolling this year. From 1-9 to 9-1! I wonder what changed?

Jr class is very strong. Undefeated for 3 years and almost all jumped to Varsity as sophomores. Second year of Varsity ball is going much better

Any confirmation on brisbons and Stewart’s return?

I've heard Brisbon can return next week. Not sure about Stewart.....I know he was in a walking boot last week in Henderson. If it's a pretty severe ankle sprain then I doubt he'll play this week. Who knows though?

You mean 2 weeks ago for Hendo, right? We played Hendo last week. The way you worded this, sounds like a good possibility of not having either this Friday against HH?

Next week, as in round 2, or next week, as in round 1?

Sorry yes.....I've heard it's a high ankle sprain. He was in a walking boot 2 weeks ago when we played Henderson. Those usually take a bit to heal. Again....just hear say and some speculation on my part. Hopefully he'll be back this Friday. I have my doubts though.

I was at the HH VS LCM game here a couple weeks back and HH definitely has an explosive offense but their defense seemed to be picked apart by LCM QB. If TCH has a good QB and good receivers or a RB that can catch, it should be a great game. HH has a great facility!

I am totally expecting a high-scoring game.

coming off a bye week is the only thing that bothers me...  but we haven't been this HEALTHY ALL year. Should be at full force minus Brisbon. I'll take my dogs on the road by 2 tds. I don't think HH has seen speed on the defensive side of the ball like they will Friday night just from the film I've watched.

Is Stewart for sure playing?
