We talk trash between each other but when it comes down to it we support each other as well. I think that H.S. will win in a close game. Good luck to both teams. Go Mustangs!!!!! When I go to a Pewitt game I cheer as loud as anybody in the stands for the Bulls (If thier not playing the Mustangs.) My wife and I sit on different sides of the field when H.S. and P.P. play. Bullhead
I know tradition doesn't win games but it still means alot, 28-24 Pewitt.

brahma4life
Pewitt will beat H.S. by 2 TD's, the boys know what is at stake and they will get it done.;)
TurdFerguson
I just hope the mustangs remember the fact that Pewitt punched one in with 1:12 left on the clock last year with their starters in. That should give them some motivation.
DirtyDickMurdok
Ouch....was the game in hand or was it close?
TurdFerguson
The game was well in hand. Pewitt was up by a couple of TD's inside the HS 10. HS had no timeouts. I was kind of surprised they gave the ball to Jesse in that situation.
DirtyDickMurdok
may just be the way pewitt plays. however it may give hs a little fuel.
TexasGolfCoach
Believe me, the kids at HS aren't worried about a TD scored on them in the last minute of last year's game. But, if they are, that's good news for Pewitt....the Mustangs are looking in the past, instead of what's at stake on This Friday. Â Pewitt wins this one. bobsacamano
Tradition wins out. HS has never beaten Pewitt so I dont see why this year should be any different. It will be as bad as Coach Huck wants it to be. If that means tacking one on at the end then so be it. Brahmas by
geauxtiger3
um, i'm pretty sure HS has beaten PP before so I don't know what you're talking about there.

bobsacamano
They dang sure dont beat them with any consistency. That is what I was thinking!
Duderino
One thing i know for sure is that this district is a beast. I haven't heard much from the Brahmas so far this year. I have heard a lot of good about H.S. HS by 3.
Guest JAKEBRAKE
You need to quit sniffin glue bobsacamo. If you think PP will beat HS as bad as Huck wants it to be then you are crazy. This is one of the worst Pewitt teams I have ever seen, HS will be ready to play and they will be the ones going home with a win. No way Pewitt makes the playoffs. Guest CNOrtega
The 2001 team was the worst that Pewitt has had in my mind, but that's just me talking. I think that's also the year HS beat them, but I could be wrong. I think Pewitt will win it, I think Pewitt is in Hughes Springs' head a little, seeing that they've pretty much dominated them in recent years. It'll be a great game. Pewitt by a touchdown.
