JeremeHubbard
Miami just suffered the worst loss for a champion in their first game of the next season.... Chicago looks good, but its Day 1 of a LONG season.... Miami will be alright, TNT announcer Steve Kerr seems to think you could see Jalen Rose get signed by Miami pretty soon.... EastTexaninHawaii
Hey, I am over it and I never was a big whiner about to begin with but, thats a disgrace to be the NBA champions and lose by 42pts on ring night.
Seminole44
I don't disagree but to be whining and complaining almost 6 months after the fact is ridiculous....Cuban, Dirk, Avery and the rest of them have all moved on---fans should too! Guest CNOrtega
I've moved on from the Finals. I'm just a Heat Hater now.
Seminole44
The statement "Those Punks got exactly what they deserve" would imply you were still brewing over the finals....but I'll take your word for it...
Guest CNOrtega
Well.... I'm not 100% over it. They deserve every loss they get, being accomplises to grand theft trophy. :D
gwsoftball
The NBA finals was a bit of a farce, you have to admit it. When your refs are exposed badly on a national stage, it doesn't do much for the sport.
Seminole44
Yah well the refs didn't cause the Mavs to blow a 13 point lead with 6 minutes left in Game 3 either, but we've already been over all this and theres no need to do it all over again.... EastTexaninHawaii
Last year is done. I am excited about this year. I think the bigger issue here is the fact that the NBA champions looked like scrubs. I really like D-Wade and I respect his game but, I don't think he can carry a team for a full season. Seminole44
D-Wade carried them last year....Shaq had his worst numbers in I don't know how many years---so I think he carried them last year IMO---but I agree with you this year, Wade has played TOO much this year---he's going to be out of gas by April... spursfan2142
hey, I said the same thing about Kobe last year and it seemed reasonable since he was about playing all the time and DOING most everything all the time, and kobe is even older than d-wade, so I'm not going to doubt wade for this year
Seminole44
I'm not doubting him, but I wouldn't be surprised if he did run out of gas. Kobe might have been doing everything, but the year before he wasn't in the Finals playing til mid June and then playing/practicing for the Worlds, and then in training camp before you know it....Wade has played so much and has taken a beating.... On a nother note, the Bulls melted the Heat but my Magic made them disappear tonight!! 109-94, Dwight Howard is a beast!!!
spursfan2142
dwight howard is going to be as good as tim duncan and may end up being better with a head start on his NBA career...he is incredible and kind of makes up for the semi loss of amare
