panther55dad
 Forty-seven races. Seventy-seven calendar weeks. Five hundred and forty days. Twelve thousand, nine hundred and sixty hours. All of it a seeming eternity since the last time Jeff Gordon slid out of a race car in Victory Lane after a points-paying event in NASCAR's premier series. The longest winless drought of the four-time champion's career has finally come to an end, and he has a bright white cowboy hat and a pair of Beretta six-shooters to prove it. Bballer073001
I am glad Gordon won. Its been awhile. He is one of the best out there. Now Jr. needs to get it going and if shurb never wins again I will be happy.
BGR
Awesome to see the 24 roll into Victory Lane at Texas. This should send a chill down every other NASCAR team out there. JG won at Texas! He may be unstoppable for the rest of the season. The 24 team has got it together this year and is showing every weekend how strong they are. I hope to see JG in victory lane several times this year, all the way to the 5th title.

Loftin74
I used to absolutely loathe it whenever he won a race, yet when he wasn't winning last season something just felt entirely wrong with NASCAR. I'm actually glad he won, and I'm not going to lie.............I hope he keeps on winning and claims the title this year.
