Say what you will, it’s pretty ballsy to sideline kids over a relatively small violation.  He definitely thinks discipline is more important than winning. This article makes me like the guy and gives me some idea why his tenure was so short. I’d like to see this type of accountability at all schools. 

100% When I say he was born to Coach Football I'm not just saying it. I'm gonna get banned but idc I feel like this is just the right thing to say. If I built a perfect football Coach I'm taking Jason Fergusons approach to the game and his absolute refusal to accept anything less than perfection every single second. Alot of coaches say that but that man lives it. Failure is not an option. Now here's the part that's gonna get me the boot. The man is or atleast was mentally ill. Idk if it's cte idk if it's psychopathy idk. He views the whole world and everyone in it the way he views the game of football and the players on his team. That whole "We Will Win" is "I Will Win" to him.

No doubt but the majority of the team is made up of the junior class. No reason they shouldn’t be improved next year. Would love to have someone else they could target in the passing game so it takes some attention away from Brayson. He’s a ball player.
