Clint Harper new AD/Football Coach at Marshall

Clint Harper is returning home, the Leader Head Football Coach was hired on Monday by the Marshall I.S.D. school board to take over as AD/Football Coach at his Alma Mater.
Harper told his players at Leander about his move on Tuesday, "It's never easy breaking the hearts of 120 kids, you build those relationships with them, but it's part of the job and that time today telling them I was moving on was awfully difficult."

TSWA Class 5-A All-State Team
BRYAN, Texas (AP) — Running back Adam Taylor and defensive lineman Matt Dimon who led Katy to a state championship top the 62nd Annual Collin Street Bakery/Texas Sports Writers Association's Class 5A All-State Football Team.
The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Taylor, who signed with Nebraska, rushed for 2,755 yards with 44 touchdowns, both school records. He had 276 yards and five touchdowns in the Division II state title game against Cedar Hill.
The 6-3, 250-pound Dimon who signed with Oklahoma, had 29 tackles for losses and 53 quarterback pressures.

Whitehouse approves Adam Cook as Head Football Coach

Adam Cook is the new head football coach at Whitehouse High School after being approved by the Whitehouse I.S.D. school board on Monday night, "This means a great to me and my family and I'm blessed to have this opportunity, I've been in Whitehouse for seven years and as you know, you covered us, you understand, there's been something special going on here for the last several years."

Marshall Coaching Search Update...

Marshall I.S.D. wanted to recommend a candidate to the school board on Monday, February 18th, but due to logistics and scheduling conflicts, they'll push the recommendation and approval back to Monday, February 25th.
