Harleton Names Lloyd Interim AD/Football Coach
Wednesday, 25th July 2012 - 6:07PM
Dr. Craig Coleman, the superintendent at Harleton I.S.D. just told me the school board voted to give long-time assistant coach Jackie Lloyd the Interim AD/Football Coaching position.

Lloyd, who has been the head baseball coach at Harleton for ten years, will take immediate control of the football program while replacing Dennis Alexander who left for the AD/Head Football job at Troup, "I just thank Dr. Coleman and the school board for giving me this opportunity to advance my career to a position I've always wanted."

Lloyd was the head baseball coach and football assistant at Marshall before Harleton.

Dr. Coleman also mentioned the Interim tag is not a lack of support for Coach Lloyd, but, a necessary part of the process while they await for the ten day posting period to end.
