Kettler now official in Crockett

Although the decision to promote Joe Kettler to AD/Head Football Coach was made last week, the veteran assistant coach wouldn't celebrate his opportunity until school board approval.
That approval occurred on Monday night.
Kettler replaces Paul Parsons who is moving on to most likely coach elsewhere.
Kettler has been an assistant coach at the following programs, including the offensive coordinator at Crockett the last two years. He's been in the coaching business for 32-years.
Crockett (OC)-2 years
Texas City (OC/Special Teams)-6 years
Clear Creek (OC)-14 years at Clear Creek, 8 of them as offensive coordinator
Texas City (Asst)-2-years
Angleton (Asst/OC)-4 years, 2 as offensive coordinator
Wharton (Asst)-4 years -
