What has been your most exciting moment or game in your coaching career? : I have had so many but probably the most exciting was getting Hanks H.S. into the playoffs my 3rd year there as the Head Coach. In 2004 when I went there we were the 245 ranked team out of 246 5A schools.

What is the biggest challenge facing Texas High School Football right now? : Getting young coaches to stay in coaching after they get in. We need more and better mentorship for our younger coaches.
