taintedluv Posted October 24, 2011 Share Posted October 24, 2011 Crockett vs Malakoff in 2 weeks in Malakoff for 11 2AA Div. 1 district championship. Crockett looks good almost every week with big plays from key players. Close`s district game for both was Teague. Crockett beating Elkhart 42 - 0 end of first quarter last week was unheard of. But game statisics from their games with Teague were not real close, Malakoff controlled game start to finish both sides of the ball except for 2 consecitive long plays in first quarter, score should have been higher. But big plays are Crocketts bread and butter. Last years game was a good one, big plays by Crockett, ball/game control by Malakoff, Malakoff gained a lot of yards but left a couple of TDs on the field but still would have lost, but should have been closer. Crockett turned the ball over alot early against Trininty so was closer than expected at the half, same for Malakoff, Elkhart came out to play and they and showed it, was real close at the half.
