Your QB may be a little better passing but when it comes to running ability, I'll take our QB all day. But our QB is a solid passer also. Duffey is averaging 271/Ypg combined with 2711 total yards. So again they are very close on paper. **Turnover War** Defensively, JT has won the turnover battle. JT has a combined 26 forced turnovers (14 int's & 12 fumble recoveries). LR has a combined 20 turnovers (9 int's & 11 fumble recoveries) thru 10 games. **Sacks** JT-22 sacks LR-25 sacks *thru 10 games* LR had a much tougher schedule than JT which plays a factor into some things. JT was very young to start the year and the 0-3 record showed it. But for our guys to win 8 games in a row speaks volumes and that's what people keep overlooking. I really wouldn't predict who wins based off of stats alone but I thought it was fun to kind of compare the 2. I didn't compare the receivers because your top 2 wideouts don't even compare to our top 2 but you have more depth at wideout so it kind of evens out.

Since when did we claim to be elite? If you're not Katy,Cedar Hill, Allen or Aledo with the exception of a few other teams than no, you're not elite. We know we're not elite and we've accepted that over at JT. Katy and those other schools I mentioned are in the State game year in and year out. THAT'S ELITE!! However, JT has been a title contender 4 out of the last 5 seasons. Meaning if you came out of Region 2 or advanced out of the Semis, you had to go through us (except 2013). I'm proud of the history we have at JT w/o being an "Elite" school as you call it. You may not respect JT but there are a lot out there who do. Put you personal feelings aside for JT and recognize a great program when you see one. You are the biggest Longview jock rider i've ever seen and the only thing they've done that we haven't is play in the State game in the 2nd largest classification. But they lost 2 years in a row and you don't get a trophy for losing. No shame in losing to Lake Travis though. But my point is, you give LV all the glory when they've done nothing since dropping back down (at least not yet). I remember you prematurely picked LV to play in the State game last year and picked us to lose to Summit, Heath and McKinney North and we ended up going further and lost to the eventual State Champs in Aledo. You need to chill with all the JT hate. It's all on ya grill. We're not trying to prove anything to anybody from Henderson. We just wanna play JT football. Oh and for the record, we're not trying to "Strike Fear" in anybody. Believe that. We're not "Elite". We're "Title Contenders".

I know we didn't see the LR highlights but from the Summit highlights, they didn't blitz or send any pressure and they dropped back in zone a lot. I'm going to find more of LR highlights to confirm what I saw.

Summit looked like the better team but I guess they showed their best highlights lol I kept having to asking myself "Is that Summit scoring all these TD's?" Summit was very explosive and gained chunks of yards. I'm curious to know how they didn't win the game. Summit also looks very good on defense. Maybe I should see the LR highlights because they had no big plays in that video. Plain and simple, LR can be scored on but I think the real key is stopping them.

Im excited about this game. After working 2 jobs all season, I was only able to attend the Plano, Lv and Ennis game and recently made the TH game. My schedule will finally let me attend any Friday or Saturday game if we keep winning. I know this isn't last year, but I'm curious to ask the Lv fans, (since I know you're in the thread Lol) what were some of the problems you had with LR? What do they do well? If I could tell you anything about JT's game with Summit last year, it would be that they use a good mix of run and will definitely test your secondary. The RB they had last year was a load. I believe they had 2 good ones but don't know if they returned. Like I said, I know it's a different year but I'm sure they have the same tendecies and do a lot of things much better this year, hence their 11-0 record. CUJO has its hands full no doubt, but let me go on the record and let them know they have theirs full as well. Love being the underdog. Im hoping Lv and JT take both schools down and give a strong East Texas performance.

Just a rumor, but I heard Lp had a bigger chance of going up than Lv.
