Please don't try to bring your 'logic' into this discussion. Navasota and LaMarque would the S-Ville a run I'd imagine. Remember that beatdown that Plano Prestonwood gave Henderson and Gilmer? In my opinion, the beatdown Stephenville would give Henderson and Gilmer would be worse. And good for Henderson beating Kilgore last year. Kilgore was a good 4A team who got hot in the playoffs and made a nice run. Difference being, Stephenville does it EVERY year.....

I understand that completely. And before I continue, let me say I'm as much for East TX 3A as the next guy, and I'm well aware of their success. I've just had the opportunity to follow Stephenville's program for a couple of years and I know what they bring to the table. Size, strength, speed, discipline, great coaching, supportive fan base, etc. And it's in my opinion that there is not a school in ETX that can compete with them with the exception of Kilgore and Carthage.

And Kilgore hasn't been 3 an 4 deep consistently every year in 4A either....

Difference being Brownwood wasn't a dominant 4A when they dropped to 3A. So......that point is moot

Didn't realize all these teams were 0-10 just 4 weeks into the season. District is what matters. Non-district is tuning up, seeing what needs worked on, etc. And the reason I 'jump' on these threads after you bash the coaches is because I seriously doubt you have a clue what these coaches jobs entail.
