Maybe him and the Malakoff A.D. had a falling out, or maybe he won a ring, and wants to run his own show, and see if he can turn a program around. I always like to see guys that have things going their way (comfortable), and shake things up. Everyone in this business worth their salt likes a challenge. Hats off to this coach for striving to do something that will be a bigger challenge than calling D for a loaded team.

That's a a clean sweep for the Eagles. Carlisle does not have the fire they had last year. Maybe a long road for the new guy.

Last years QB graduated, he is in Arkansas playing baseball. They have 2 guys running the QB spot a soph. and senior. They are trying to get the best fit for when district starts. Good skill kids much like Carlisle, and front is suspect. Think it will be an even game, just depends on turnovers and who makes the fewest mental mistakes.

I'm sure there is a very small population that will notice, and there will be plenty of Smoakyites say who cares, but looked at the magazine and they copied the Corsicana team info onto the Mildred team info. Sucks for players, coaches, and schools that they get looked over and discredited no matter what school or size it is. Bad look for whoever was in charge of that.
