etos10
MY can DH ok, but why oh why would you put him in the infield? I would much rather see Mitch there even though we are facing a left handed pitcher. I hate the way Wash plays the righty/lefty thing! Hate it! goldandwhite
After going 1-2-3 in the eight, clueless to the 77 mph mastery of Darrin O'Day, the Rangers have bottomed out. Maybe they'll rally the last two innings.
JustAFan11
If you were watching the Rangers for the first time in the last few games, you would think Holland was our lefty specialist. Â We have guys that get paid to come in and get 1 out, let them do their job WASH!!

TxRangers2023
sad ending for a year that was full of promise. not sure game 6 ever went away. seems like they lack confidence when the pressure is on. not sure about Wash anymore. i'd saddle up Josh along with Napoli, Cruz and Kinsler and send then down the road along with a few others. Youngs days may be over too. time to spend some big money this offseason. B.J. Upton would be a good replacement for Josh. i'd go after Greinke too. cats69
Ron never seizes to amaze me. Holland two days after not working out.. You have situational pitchers.. Use them. Why did Murphy not start? Why on gods green earth was Michael young playing first base? List goes on and on

i agree i wouldn't have put Holland in either because he hasn't pitched well lately but they were already beat when he came in. if you can't score more than 1 run you won't win very often. cheaptrick77
I am completely DISGUSTED by the vaporization of an offense of a Baseball team that I watched BATTLE all season long. None of the remaining eight postseason teams perk my interest (maybe the Nationals), so I will monitor the remainder of the 2012 Baseball season very quietly ... and catch up on some movies.  Off to pout...
Five0pd310
I say that before too long, we're going to hear about internal clubhouse problems over the last month of the season. Looks to me like no one wanted to be out there excpet for Young, Beltre, and Andrus. Maybe Cruz. Everyone else (including the pitching staff) was just going through the motions. Five0pd310
Darvish pitched well True...for some reason I was excluding him...regardless, I think something nasty was going on with the team in September. They certainly weren't looking like they were having fun. That line being led by Holland, Hamilton, and Kinsler.

yeah it's time for some changes no doubt. i know they resigned Kinsler but i'd trade him. didn't have a great year and makes way to many errors. maybe put Profar there but i'd definately look for an established outfielder or 2 and a catcher and of course pitching

Five0pd310
Congrats to the Orioles !!! Ditto, but I think had it been the Toledo Mudhens there instead of the Rangers....the O's would be heading home for the season.
TxRangers2023
this season started out so well for the first couple months but after that they never seemed to get in a rhythym. Josh went in that long slump and other than Beltre it seemed like nobody was consistent. definately no clutch hitting or just making a productive out. i know Nathan had a good year but alot of his saves didn't come easy and he seemed to be fading at the end of the year. last Sunday and tonight was an example of that.should be interesting to see what moves they make. they have alot of money to spend.
