Isn't this the team that knocked Lobos out of baseball playoffs?

Yes. Lobos won game 1 then fell in 2& 3.

Also knocked Lancaster out in round 2 last year. Nearly took out Timberview in the Regional Semis.

I spent the last day and a half watching everything I could find of this year and watched some last years team as well. Initial thoughts:

1. Longview is clearly the more talented team

2. Reedy is very disciplined and patient.

3. Reedy coaches make good adjustments.

4. Very balanced offensively.

5. Offensive line play is solid. Use pulling guards from the gun and the pistol about as good as we will see this year.

6. Should be the second best group of LBs we have played this year.

This is a game Longview should win by multiple scores but very easily could lose by multiple scores. We can’t play from behind or have a bad game with penalties.  If we have a Forney type game it won’t come down to the last play…game will be over well before then.

and for the record, I think Forney is a better team than Reedy

Frisco Reedy is the closest high school to my house, but if I had kids they would go to Little Elm ISD. DFW school zones are weird man.

My 2 nieces went to 3 different Frisco high schools because they were building so fast but didn't go to the closest one to their house.

Reedy is a tough team thats had a knack for hanging around and winning games they probably shouldnt win over the past two years...If Longview lets them hang around be very nervous...I think it'll be competitive with Longview keeping them at bay with a 14-17 point win in the end

Wow. Back in 2010 my ex-wife and I almost moved in that neighborhood down the road from Little Elm in that community called, Crossroads when I was in the Oilfield real heavy! You have to cross the Lake Dallas Toll Road to get to it unless you want to drive several miles all the way around to Hwy. 380 and come on up the backside. I wouldn’t advise ANYONE to get in the oilfield market regardless of what they are paying. Too unstable of an industry to support your family long-term. But, that’s another story…………..

The Lobos Defense is going to better than any that Reedy has seen this season especially in the overall team speed category !

R.J.

Facts Longview has seen "high power offenses" and shut em down doubt reedy has seen a defense that Longview about to bring
